    • In a bowl, mix the Bagrry’s rolled oats with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (if using) and a pinch of cinnamon.
    • In two serving glasses or jars, start by adding a layer of Greek yoghurt at the bottom.
    • Next, add a layer of the oat’s mixture.
    • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
    • Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
    • Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, ending with a layer of yoghurt and a few berries on top.
    • Cover the glasses or jars with plastic wrap or a lid.
    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best texture as the oats and chia seeds will absorb the yoghurt and swell.
    • Before serving, sprinkle the parfaits with nuts or seeds for added crunch.
    • Optionally, drizzle a little more honey or maple syrup on top.
